SAGA Team Van
This is not just a custom van—it’s the flagship build from SAGA Vans, the van-specific arm of Reparadise, where premium craftsmanship meets full-send capability. At first glance, it looks like a one-off showpiece, packed with bespoke details and luxury finishes—and it is. But here’s the kicker: this is actually our standard Sprinter 144 interior package.
Built to demonstrate the full range of what SAGA offers—complete interior kits, rock-solid 48V power systems, and intelligently designed modular components—this rig shows what’s possible straight from our production lineup. From black walnut finishes and yacht-grade fixtures to an off-grid-ready electrical system developed in partnership with Dyness, the SAGA Team Van is proof that you don’t have to choose between performance, polish, and practicality.
Wrapped loud. Built smart. Ready for anything.
Interior
Everything in here is designed with intention: warm, rich black walnut cabinetry, yacht-grade hardware, and clean, contemporary lines throughout. This isn’t a patchwork of aftermarket parts—it’s a cohesive system of components designed to work together, feel good to the touch, and hold up over time.
From the quick-deploy Murphy bed (with hidden bedding storage) to the modular galley system and the high-efficiency 48V power system tucked neatly out of the way, every inch of this van is optimized for comfort and performance. A full-size sink, induction cooktop, generous storage, swivel seats, and a workstation-ready lounge area round out the main living space. Whether you’re road-tripping, working remotely, or riding out a storm in the backcountry, it just works.
This is the kind of van that feels custom—but is actually part of a refined system you can order today.

The Build
Build Overview: Behind the Build
The SAGA Team Van started as a stock Sprinter 144 and became the benchmark for our interior system—built not as a one-off, but as a working example of what our standard layout looks like when it’s fully dialed.
We began by installing side flares to expand the sleeping area and gain a few critical inches of interior space. From there, the shell was fully insulated, pre-wired, and paneled. The cabinetry—CNC’d in-house from laminated UltraLight plywood—was cut and assembled with clean, simple lines that keep the space feeling open and functional. While this van features black walnut countertop and ceiling accents, the rest of the finishes were chosen for durability and contrast, pulling from our growing material library.
All systems were laid out with ease of access in mind. The SAGA mil-spec wiring harness and Nations alternator were installed first, followed by our bench-built 48 volt power system—pre-tested and designed to click into place without hours of wiring on your back. That foundation made it easy to route and integrate everything else: dimmable zone lighting, fan and A/C controls, 12V outlets, and the audio system.
The Murphy bed platform was built above the systems cabinet, leaving just enough room for bedding storage and gear clearance underneath with additional storage. Plumbing was kept simple and efficient—Torva sink, 6 gallon water containers, Aqua-Hot system for heat and hot water. The whole layout was designed to be practical, reliable, and cleanly executed. Nothing over-complicated, nothing added just to show off.
This van saw real-world testing immediately after completion—stuck in salt mud, loaded with gear, and pushed hard through a range of conditions. Everything performed as expected. Over 10,000-miles of road trips to trade shows, camping spots, and backcountry destinations—and everything held up flawlessly, just as we designed it to and it is now lovingly cared for by their new forever family.
Exterior
Built for the Wild, Designed to Be Seen
The SAGA Team Van turns heads wherever it goes—not just because of the bold wrap, but because every exterior detail has a job to do. This van was built to look good under show lights, northern lights and perform under an eclipse in the middle of the desert. It does it all.
Up front, a CATuned bumper with integrated winch and amber Code 4 LED lights give the van recovery-ready capability with enough light to illuminate any campsite. The VanSpeed side steps and rear step platform offer easier access and solid footing at camp, while doubling as exterior staging zones for gear.
A SAGA low profile roof rack hugs the lines of the Sprinter for minimal wind noise and drag, while offering mounting points for directional lighting, solar panels, and awnings. The manual Fiamma awning sets up in seconds—perfect for roadside shade, desert lunch breaks, or remote photo ops.
Side flares were added to expand the sleeping footprint without compromising clearance. The van rides on a Van Compass 6.3 suspension lift with oversized wheels and tires, providing over four inches of added clearance—critical for confidently navigating trailheads, remote campsites, and rough backroads.
A modular rear carrier system handles water storage, dirty gear, or firewood, and the side ladder offers easy roof access. Lighting controls are integrated into the dash and tied to the onboard power system, including RGB rock lights for visibility and desert critter deterrence.
Whether it’s navigating salt flats, pulling up to a trade show, or chasing celestial events, the SAGA Team Van’s exterior is equal parts utility and identity. It’s loud, capable, and unmistakably SAGA.
The SAGA Team Van isn’t just a showpiece—it’s proof of concept. Every mile, every detail, and every tested system represents the capability and thought that goes into our builds. If you’re ready to hit the road in something that looks sharp, works hard, and feels like home, let’s build your story.
