A full build is the whole thing: a bare shell or a tired classic in one door, a finished vehicle out the other. Engineering, chassis work, power, plumbing, climate, cabinetry, and finish, all under one roof in Salt Lake City, by the crew that spends its weekends putting this stuff through the Utah backcountry.

We take four kinds of ground-up work: adventure van conversions on Sprinter and Transit platforms, our own SAGA Vans, vintage and Airstream restorations, and commercial units for brands that need to show up somewhere. Every one of them starts the same way, with a conversation about where the vehicle is going.

Ground-Up Sprinter Conversions

Empty Sprinter or Transit to finished rig. We design the layout around how you actually travel, then engineer the systems to match: lithium power sized for the way you camp, insulation that holds up in a Wasatch winter, suspension and tires for the roads you keep saying you’ll turn down.

Nothing is bought off a shelf and rebranded. Foundations are CNC cut in-house, cabinetry is built for the van it’s going into, and every system is one we install often enough to service ourselves.

SAGA Vans

SAGA is what happened when the mods other shops wouldn’t touch turned into a product line of our own: engineered pop-tops, 48-volt power, and pre-formed foundation kits, all developed on this shop floor and proven on our own trips.

The SAGA Van is the finished expression of it, a design object and an expedition tool that still works as a daily driver. Order it as it sits, or use it as the starting point for something of your own.

Airstream & Vintage Restorations

Airstreams, Silver Streaks, canned hams, and one-off riveted aluminum, taken back to the frame and rebuilt with the systems they should have had all along. The look stays honest to the era; the wiring, insulation, brakes, and plumbing do not.
