All of our products ship within 1 to 2 business days and are generally delivered in an average of 4 to 5 business days once shipped in the contiguous 48 United States. Orders placed online and shipped in the state of Utah incur a sales tax charge. Reparadise guarantees full satisfaction of the products we sell. For products purchased directly from this site, contact Reparadise by phone or email for proper written authorization/approval prior to returning the item. To be eligible for a refund or credit, you must contact Reparadise in writing within 30 days of receiving delivery of your purchased item. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization. Products should be returning in their original packaging. Items need to be returned in good condition within ten business days of receiving written authorization from Reparadise.
Return pick-ups are scheduled during normal business hours only. Reparadise will credit your purchase using the original form of payment within five business days of receiving the product into our warehouse. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase price. Delivery fees will not be refunded.
Warranty coverage is specific to each product. You will need to register your product for warranty. Although some of our retailers may offer extended warranties, Reparadise does not directly support any warranty purchased through a retailer or online at websites other than www.reparadise.co.
Reparadise product warranties apply only to the original owner and are non-transferable. Reparadise’s warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective component or defective part and is the sole remedy of the warranty. For customers not located within 50 miles of a Reparadise Authorized Service provider, Reparadise will pay up to $150.00 maximum towards a service call. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper assembly, maintenance, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended for use with the Reparadise product. The warranty does not apply to damage or failure due to accident, abuse, corrosion, discoloration of paint or plastic, or neglect. Reparadise’s responsibility under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing at Reparadise’s option. Review the owner’s manual for specific warranty information about each product.

Reparadise keeps all online customer information confidential, and does not sell or exchange customer information with other companies. Reparadise discloses personal information only to reputable vendors who assist us in processing information or fulfilling customer orders.
