Are you planning to DIY that camper with some particle board or cheapo 3/8" ply from the local Home Depot? You can do it, but we wouldn't recommend it if you want it to last. There's a pretty good chance the wood will warp and bow over the winter, and you'll be spending that money you saved to do the job over with Riga Heksa. That's why a majority of our builds from vintage Airstreams to modern Camper vans, are constructed using this high-quality plywood product.  Riga Heksa (or hex-ply) is high-quality birch plywood coated with a phenolic resin coating. The coating resists commonly used chemicals, dilute acids, and alkalis... In other words spilled beer, grubby kid fingers, and grease and oil. It also resists water—even if the water is boiling.

We carry Riga Heksa (or hex-ply) in ¼-inch, ½-inch, and 3/4-inch thicknesses. It’s coated on both sides—the back is smooth and the front is textured.
