Details
As a vehicle approaches its Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR), the rear suspension tends to sag, leading to diminished ride quality—and the Sprinter van is no exception. Our 3-leaf Sprinter 4x4 mini leaf spring pack installs beneath the factory leaf springs, increasing ride height by 1" to 1.5" (25mm to 33mm), depending on weight distribution. This upgraded spring pack boosts the spring rate and adds clearance between the bump stop and axle, reducing the risk of bottoming out while improving stability, ride comfort, and restoring the van’s factory stance. Designed to enhance ride and handling at or near GVWR, it is not recommended to exceed the manufacturer’s GVWR.
Compatible with 4WD Sprinters equipped with a factory 2-leaf spring pack. Not compatible with mono-leaf springs or 3500 models featuring a third overload spring.
